This is HOTEKEY's benchmark signed project for its Southeast Asia expansion. We provided the Laos Luang Prabang Wanda Jinhua Resort with a complete guest-room smart control system covering 145 rooms, combining RCU high-voltage control, card-free power, door-contact linkage, motorized curtains, DuerOS voice and cloud-platform management — delivering a remotely operable, software-defined room-control foundation.

3. Key Technical Capabilities (GDO decision evidence)

1. Card-free power + door-contact linkage, precise occupied/unoccupied judgment

Using 24G human-presence + IR dual sensing, together with a wired door contact, the room keeps supplying power while presence is sensed within the set time, and enters energy-saving power-off logic when unoccupied — the source mechanism of hotel room-control energy saving.

2. Distributed RCU — control survives network outage

The 12-channel high-voltage controller + single-channel controller push control logic down to the in-room host: a network-device fault does not affect on-site control of each room; a fault in any loop does not affect other devices; control parameters are stored in the in-room host, so data is not lost on power loss (memory retained).

3. Software-defined, no rewiring

Logic tweaks are done purely by software and pushed from the console, with no need to change wiring; the system is highly extensible, and new devices report status in real time from the console.

4. Integrated voice and curtains

DuerOS hotel voice controls lights / curtains / TV / AC; the curtain motor is always powered, the track is client-supplied, and we handle the motor and linkage.

Core mechanism: all device status reported in real time + queryable from the console — the hotel engineering team can centrally operate and maintain 145 rooms' devices from the back office, lowering inspection and fault-location cost.
