Scene logic, button behaviour, backlight policy, language set and room templates configured to your commissioning method — not ours.

How an OEM project runs

Which platform to base it on

The same panel family runs on all three, so the choice is about the building, not the product

KNX bus

New-build hotels where the consultant or owner has already specified KNX. Deterministic bus, multi-vendor interoperability, ETS6 commissioning by a certified integrator.

RS-485 / Modbus

The workhorse for mid-tier projects and buildings that already have control wiring. Lower device cost than KNX, well understood by local integrators.

Bluetooth Mesh

Occupied hotels, renovation and B&B. No control wiring, panels replace existing switches, up to 200 nodes per self-organising mesh, rooms stay in service.

Incoming QC

Every batch of electronic components is inspected before it enters production. Rejected lots never reach the line.

In-process QC

Soldering, assembly and firmware loading are checked at each production stage, not only at the end.

Aging test

Every panel and controller is powered and aged before it leaves the line, so infant failures happen in our factory rather than in your hotel.

Outgoing QC

Finished goods are re-verified against your order configuration and part numbers before packing.

Export packing

Shock-resistant, export-grade cartons suitable for sea and air freight, labelled to your specification.

What is the minimum order for an OEM project?

It depends on how deep the customisation goes, so we quote per project instead of publishing one number. Standard series with your logo, packaging and firmware settings can start from a mixed small batch, because the tooling already exists. Anything needing new moulds, a new enclosure or a new PCB layout is quoted separately. Send the room count and target opening date and we will tell you which route you are on.

Can you print our logo on the panels and packaging?

Yes — logo, icon set, silk-screen layout, finish, button labelling and retail packaging. We ask for vector artwork and a signed approval on the physical sample before mass production starts.

Do you supply KNX-certified products?

We build KNX-compatible devices on the open KNX bus. Certification status differs by model, and we do not claim certification we cannot document. If your specification requires certified devices, raise it at specification stage and we will confirm the current status of the exact model in writing before you commit.

Can one order mix KNX, RS-485 and Bluetooth Mesh?

Yes, and many projects do: KNX for the new tower, Bluetooth Mesh for a renovated wing, RS-485 where wiring already exists. All three are built in the same factory, so you get one drawing set and one after-sales contact instead of three vendors.

Do you offer white-label software as well as hardware?

Yes. Cloud dashboard, app skin and PMS connector can carry your brand, and room templates are configured to your room types so your installers commission from your method rather than ours.
