A Hotekey RCU (Room Control Unit) is the embedded controller installed in each hotel room. It receives commands from smart panels, sensors, the card reader and the hotel PMS, then drives lighting, air-conditioning, curtains, door displays and service buttons through a safe low-voltage (weak-current) bus.
