Which industries do Hotekey solutions cover?

Four main directions: smart hotels, smart public toilets, smart campuses and green substations — all built on in-house control hardware and a unified management platform.

Can solutions be customised?

Yes. Hotekey provides customised services, adapting device configuration, scene logic and platform features to project scale, site conditions and operating procedures.

Do you support retrofit of existing buildings?

Yes. The Wireless BLE and Zigbee series are purpose-built for retrofit — smart switches replace traditional switches directly, with no new wiring required.

What does project delivery include?

Typically solution design, equipment supply, installation and commissioning guidance, platform configuration and staff training. The exact scope is defined in the project contract.

How do I get solution documents and a quotation?

Solution documents in Chinese and English are available for download on each solution page. For project assessment and pricing, contact sales@hotekey.com.
