How is BLE Mesh network reliability ensured?

BLE Mesh uses multi-node self-organising networking with message relaying, so a single node failure does not affect the whole network. Local scene logic runs on the gateway, so basic control continues even if the internet drops.

Yes. Via the room control gateway and standard interfaces, room status can be linked to the PMS — for example, automatically preparing the room on check-in and switching to energy-saving mode after check-out.
